New Sony Ericsson W508 Walkman handset announced for Q2 2009

Sony Ericsson has unveiled the new W508 Walkman phone, due to arrive Q2 2009

Sony Ericsson has revealed the W508, set for release from April this year.

As a Walkman phone, the W508 will come with a fully-featured music player including Shake and Gesture control, and the trademark SenseMe and TrackID technology.

The handset only comes in white or grey but there are eight different 'Style-Up' interchangeable covers to liven things up a bit.

Other features of the handset include:

• A 3.2-megapixel camera
• HSDPA and EDGE connections
• One extra 'Style -Up' cover in the box
• A 1GB M2 memory card included
• A2DP compliant Bluetooth
